A range of short interviews with specialists from different cross college departments including TLA, Finance, MIS, Work Experience, Apprenticeships and Senior Leadership Team. Each session lasted around 20 minutes. There was also a presentation about what I would bring to the role, and a formal interview with two SLT members to discuss qualifications and skills.
