Interview
I applied online. Had an easy phone interview. Then went into the office. I met with 3 sales managers back to back (30 min each). Most of the questions were pretty standard scenario type questions.

Most difficult was when I was ask "How would a friend or family member inaccurately describe you" or "Sell me on your favorite product or service"
