Overall was good. Phone interview, on-campus interview, and then a final interview with the head of the campus. The final interview was strange, didn't understand why it was needed and the person interviewing me did not seem engaged in what I had to say. Was great until the last phone call.

Interview
Interview process was thorough and involved a skills assessment, along with multiple rounds of video calls over the course of 6 weeks. Their interview team was intentional with prompts, and provided ample time for candidate questions. The team showed great care in the interview process. Excellent candidate experience overall.

The recruiter contacted me the day after I submitted my application. We scheduled a phone interview for the following week. I also filled out an Behavioral Assessment. I appreciate how transparent and quick the process was.
