Consultancy approached me and asked for 1:1. I attended 2 rounds.of it. After that they never reverted. Hence I came to know they are not interested in hiring. I told my expectations to consultancy very well my in advance but they were giving much less.

Question 1
They asked about personal life, future endeavors. Why you want to leave the Job.
They will basically wanted to know if I am going to stay for long time or not.
But end of the day they are stringent on budget.
