1) The Hiring was through campus(college) placement. At Initial Stage we were directed to take 2 tests at talentojo.com. The 2 tests were i) TalentOjo Generic Assessment (100 questions relating to Personality Assessment) ii) What's Your Dominant Thinking Style?(20 Puzzles) 2) The next Stage consisted of an Aptitude Test. I cracked the Aptitude Test. It consisted of 2 sections: i) Technical Section(Questions on C#.NET,Java,C++,Linux Commands) (45 minutes) ii) Aptitude Section (45 minutes) 3) The 3rd stage was the Pre-HR Round 4) Technical Interview at Company campus. Consisted of mostly SQL Queries.
