Long interview process. 1. Begins with talk with Head of Engineering 2. An online hackerrank test about 90 minute typical questions with hackerrank 2 coding and 1 DB query. 3. A 4-6 hour assignment to build a web-service with finding out old phone keypad clicks and mapping the related letter combinations to a inbuilt dictionary. 4. Problem-solving with a developer 5. In-depth Express/React related framework questions with 2 interviewers 6. Someone from outside hiring team interviews you for some reason 7. Work style related questions with broader organization team members Never got an acceptance or rejection from the company. Result of all rounds were positive, yet HR did not call back. After 7 rounds and ~12 hours spent, they simply asked me my current CTC and after that, I am waiting for a response forever. Did not get any communication for rejection, compensation discussion or anything at all.
