Lengthy approximately 12 weeks from filling out online application to hire date. Several interviews human resource representative followed by patient care manager and several subsequent interviews with pcm and staff members to narrow candidates.

Interview
Very informative, staff was well versed on history of the company and there were a lot of senior staff amongst the team. Emphasized patient safety, accountability and flexibility. Met with HR representative initially and pending how well that went, I met with the manager of the unit. In addition, I shadowed the unit and met some of the team members.
