First round is two virtual interviews. One is walking through a case-like scenario, other is just a conversation. Second round is a case in-person, an interview with the manager, and a “competency” portion, where you discuss slides you made ahead of time for the case and walk through your process.

Initial Phone call screening that moved to a series of in person panel interviews with team members, directors, and EDs. Took a week or so for them to call with an offer.
