YOU Trust interview questions

15 minute presentation explaining how you would deal with a situation then a formal interview afterwards with two staff members. Multiple questions were asked, quite laid back but formal process.

Telephoned by recruiting manager asked 4 or 5 questions why I would be suited to this job and at the end of the call I was offered an Interview. All details forwarded to me via email including a link to a virtual Interview due to COVID.
