Initial meeting then secondary, asked good questions and considered experience as much as 'qualifications' like degrees/certificates. This is very important, more so than just filling out a checklist of requirements, especially for this sort of position.
I communicated with HR over email and was asked to come in for an interview after submitting my resume and cover letter online. I met with HR and had a fairly casual interview for about 30 mins.

Made me feel very comfortable and were not intimidating about the interview process. They gave a great overview of the different positions I qualified for and answered any questions I had.
