Interviewed by 7 people at once. Totally unnecessary. Started trying to catch me out on certain things. I pretty much gave up at that point. Other than that seemed pretty nice.

Bad telephone interview - didn't bother to read my CV before calling or bother to look at my portfolio, didn't know I was at junior level, didn't make sure there was no background noise, didn't set up the earpiece on his phone properly so I had to repeat what I was saying several times.
