Interview
Email and telephone interview. Real life project makes the hiring easy .I got phone call directly from friendly management. It seems they likely to hire. I have to go through. 5 hour test to design email marketing template in mail chimp software. It took time to understand the management about their taste of design. You need fine design sense. They extremely need a marketer with excellent design sense.

Interview
I wasn't much of an interview process. I should have known to run then. I was interviewed by both owners and they kept running in and out of the interview. They are constantly interviewing because they have a very high turn over rate. So high, that they don't even bother putting you on payroll. Most people don't last more than a month.
