Interview
Two technical rounds. One HR round. Both technical rounds where back to back with 5-10 mins break in between. First round dealt with programming knowledge. Second technical round was to check high level understanding, way(ease with) you communicate technical stuff. In second round database related questions where asked. Also, second round checked if you are atleast aware of recent techhnologies that are gaining wide acceptance(popularity) and usage. Overall, interview process will be completed in half a days time. I was informed on the same day that I am selected. But, for getting actual offer letter I had to wait for 15-18 days and my joining was about a month after my interview.

It's very good interview but it's hard to Crack it. There was more than 5 rounds of interview process . Completely depending on analytics aptitude based and group discussions and couple of technical interviews once you cleared all then would be FIA hr discussion.

Ysh technologies came to our college in Indore, After clearing Aptitude round and Group discussion round the company sent a list of students which are supposed to give technical interview but after conducting interviews of first few students company stopped taking interviews of rest of the students after which they created a WhatsApp group and information that the higher management has said to put all the interviews on hold after which we took several follow ups and they kept saying that they will resume the interviews as they get a green signal from their higher management but after 2 months they informed that they will not be talking interviews of remaining students because the number of candidates that were required are now completed and they have released the offer letters to the students they took interview previously. This is very unprofessional behaviour on different levels.

DAY 1 – Extempore or GD session
DAY 2 – Technical Interview
DAY 2 – Management/Behaviour Round
In technical round-1 they completely focused on puzzles and they focussed on how the student thinks or how he/she trying to solve the given problem.
In technical round-2 they asked to write codes on pattrens and some logical thinking base.
