I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Y Media Labs (Bengaluru)

They had got my profile via LinkedIn. HR called me and fixed time for initial Technical telephonic interview. Very next day after that I got call from HR and they scheduled Skype interview, again it was technical. When I had cleared the both rounds, they asked me to come down to Bangalore. There again, I had two technical round and one Managerial Round. Finally on the same day I got the offer letter. Process was smooth and I got a decent pay..
