Interview with the head manager, then HR staff and lastly the CEO. There seemed to be a lack of communication at the company as I had to repeat myself several times not only during the interviews but also through emails. Loyalty to the company seemed to be the key and not really what's on your CV.
of course you need to introduce yourself, and they will ask about why you apply this intern, and do you have a passion do make a world a better place something like that.
