The walk-in drive consisted of three rounds: first, an aptitude test to assess problem-solving skills; second, an HR interview to evaluate personality and communication; and finally, a technical interview to test domain knowledge.
Resume screening shortlists candidates based on qualifications. The aptitude round tests logical reasoning and problem-solving. The technical round evaluates domain knowledge, tools proficiency, and practical skills through questions or assignments.
