Went through a few rounds of phone "interviews" with a talent acquisition person for Cox out of ATL. It was basically just to get a general feel for my experience level, it was not a difficult interview or stressful at all. Went through two interviews with my actual manager, one by phone and one by Skype. There were some of those "describe to me what you would do" in these situations but someone with retail automotive experience should know how to handle them. The crazy part was the employment verification process. Make sure all of your dates and contacts are accurate. All they do is verify time of employment and that you were actually employed. Legally that's all they can do, so don't worry. They even wanted a scanned copy of my High School Diploma! (It's a third party that handles the background for them)
