Interview
There were two remote phone interviews with technical managers for a night time position, then I was called back to say the position was being reconsidered. Then I was called back 3 weeks later to find out they were impressed enough with my previous interviews that they wanted to interview me again for a day shift full time position, and after that third interview I was hired.
