I was glad that my interviewer was an African American, mature woman. But I wasn't expecting a power trip from ANY interviewer, as they're already in charge. I thought the Interviewer (Hiring Director (?) for XpresSpas was a bad representation of the "Spa" world. Short of "eye-rolling", her body language was very blasé. Rather unprofessional, tossing stacks of resumés on the table. Very dismissive. Not put together. The office was ugly and very "strip mall" in a high-rise in NYC. Almost "mean" but keeping themselves in check.
