Three interviewers for a single position. One barely spoke, one only had a few questions, and the one who slouched through the entire process and had no interest in being on the call whatsoever. I would highly recommend finding managers who are engaged and want to be part of the interview process. If you hate being there, why would I want to be there?

Interview
This was the most fun have ever had in an interview, bar none. Everyone was engaged in not only seeing my critical thinking and my eye for detail but I was asked creative questions so see how I would fit in with the the office culture. I was also coached a bit during the interview which is a great sign that they were already invested in me form the get go. Be honest with them and they will be with you!

Question 1
You are playing a team based game and everyone wants you to change what position you are even though it is your strongest, what do you do?
There are 3 lightbulbs in a sealed room with no windows. The 3 light switches are outside the door but are not labeled to show which controls which. When any one light is turned on the door locks preventing entry until the lights are all turned back off. How do you determine which light is controlled by which switch?
