Xotels interview questions

I didn't know if I were interviewing for NASA or a small revenue company... Anyway.. It was too long, too many rounds, exercices..etc and when I now read all the negative reviews I am glad that I kept my job. The negative reviews confirmed my first impression about the CEO/management team: Micromanagement, toxic environment, not very professional, Inexistent HR dept, absence of a learning curve...I really felt that they were very amateur, at the end I stopped replying as the process was already at its 3rd month! They refused me and I thought "thank God" 😂
