Interview
You go into office, simply stated you would like to apply. They hand you the application to fill out. You are then directed to another office with computers to complete a basic online assessment. Usually call simulations, and other customer service skill test. Pass the assessment then it's on to the interview. After interview, pass drug screening and supply supporting documentation and your hired. Anyone can do it.

Interview
Lack of organization during interview, basically you get the job if you don't have any convictions, drug problems, etc. Dress nice and look like you care and its a guarantee you will get the job.
