Recruiter was very friendly and quick. I had 2 sets of interview. All together it took 1 month to get appointment letter. I talked with a supervisor and then 2 programmers. The process was easy and fast. Salary negotiation took little longer. I wished, I would have asked more salary because I never got raise later.

Technical questions about vb.net and C#. There were some questions related with DB as well. Personal questions like how would you rate your self etc.

Interview
interview process encompasses three rounds,
Technical round - if you are having 70% knowldge on specified technology, would easily clear this round. Sometimes two technical rounds may held.
Managerial round - this round is all about your poject and your involvement in it, and they will looking for the one's who will serve for longer period.
HR Discusions - Usual Discussions related to benifits and payments.
