Interview
Online Application and psychometric test. Offered for assessment centre. Group exercise where we had to build a multi-storey building put of marshmallows and sticks. Interview with Line Manager of the area applied. Only competency. General questions around team work, experiences, why xerox, greatest achievements etc.
In-tray exercise at the end which consisted of about 6 emails supposedly addressed to yourself regarding various issues as part of you job role or social life. All you have to do is prioritise the emails in a certain order from very important to least important concerning the issues severity.

What do you think is your motivation behind your achievements?
Good, lots of good questions, with technical people who understand electrical engineering. HR were excellent with great follow up after the first and second meeting . A great process is in place.
