The interview process has 3 stages: First with HR (here you have to answer simple questions, anything related to the role), then with your immediate boss (Here you have to be very prepared about the job description) and finally with the manager of the area (Here they want to be sure that you are a good match for the company). The process last 3 weeks approximately.
