I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Colorado Springs, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very brief and laid back. They prefer honesty over anything. If you are unsure of an answer do not make something up Or avoid the question, be honest and they will appreciate that. Typically the job is offered immediately.
HR screening then interview with managers. The questions were rather standard HR interview questions. Then it was drug test and work verification. Much of their onboarding was outsourced to India, so that process was a bit frustrating.

Question 1
How do you handle shifting work priorities, how would you handle an upset user, what would you enjoy about this position, etc.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2021
Interview
15 minute initial interview with hiring manager
Panel interview with hiring manager and two other managers - roughly 30 minutes. No certain questions just everything from the managers perspective. I will rate it as an easy interview since they aren’t asking anything technical just more of a skill set interview.
