Interview Location: ITPB, Bangalore
The process started with a typical HR screening round followed by a written test. The final being a technical round taken by two Sr. Managers (Team Heads').
Now this a long story....But do read.
I've no idea about the designation. Everything was fine, but was informed that the concerned recruiter has left for the day even before I could complete the technical (Final) round. Later on, when contacted as I wasn't informed anything while others know their status. To my astonishment, the recruiter came back with lame reasons like he doesn't know the names of the managers who took the interview because of which he can't confirm anything right away. When I was continuously following-up the reply I got was the he couldn't contact the concerned manager and later on he was like they lost the sheet on which my evaluation is done asking me to contact back after a couple of days, where he could've simply said, "You're rejected". When again contacted, another HR came back stating that I was B.Tech+MBA graduate were only B.Com graduates are eligible to be a part of Procurement in there. So, how come no one realized in the due course of time that I don't have the basic eligibility itself. I had a bad day that no one shall have. After a couple of weeks, the manager who took my interview called back on my personal number and was trying to blame me as to how can you question the HR team that way and all.
