I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Xerox
Interview
Two person interview with a series of questions pertaining to job history background and familiarity with government benefits. Also scenario situation questions regarding clients.interview lasted approximately ten to fifteen minutes. They had the staffing agency give me a call back for orientation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Beech Grove, IN) in Apr 2013
Interview
The interviewing process is a little slow. You apply through a staffing agency (Allstar or CFA Staffing) and then they will call you and first you will interview through them. Then you will take a online assesment to see how your attendance, performance and attitude range. Once you get through that interview and assesment you will have two interviews with Xerox. Both interviews there are two Upper Managers in there conducting the interview. They ask a series of about 15-20 questions. They questions rage all of the place. Mainly to get to know you, your work ethic, ect. The managers will review your answers and the results of your assesment you took with the staffing agency and will get back with you in about a week or so.

Question 1
The training for this job is 22 weeks and is CBT (computer based training), is that going to be okay?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Xerox (West Lafayette, IN) in Dec 2016
Interview
I went online and did the required tests and typing test. 2 hours later I received a call from a lady in another town. I went the next day for my initial interview. Did a series of questions on a word document and another typing text then spoke to a woman who seemed drugged up as she couldn't focus on the interview very much and she had "high hopes" for me. The day after I walked in to a place demanding I be dressed in suit type clothing to be interviewed by a woman with frumpy hair do, tights, jogging suit jacket, and house slippers. Afterward the woman who first interviewed me explained she was excited and would call me within the hour.... A few hours later I decided to call and the lady seemed as if she was drugged up again explaining "oh they said you expressed concerns of attendance". I told her that I never said anything along those lines. She said " I don't know. I wasn't there but we decided you weren't the right fit."

Question 1
What are your short-term goals and long-term goals?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Jeffersonville, IN)
Interview
The interview was fairly simple, it was easy to follow and the questions weren't daunting. There is no requirement for any type of degree for this program so they are more focused on your personality characteristics and work history that will fit with the job. Didn't feel like I was sweating the whole time during the interview, I felt that I was able to be open with everyone; however, the interview process has changed some. I see that those who are referred to the company are given priority over someone who might have a better educational and work background.
