Applied in October 2015,
The interview process was excessive. You speak with the "marketing" director and one of the owners. I had to make four trips to the main office (90 miles away) to have a basic discussion with staff. The owner tells you about the "perks" of the company, asks questions about your professional background, and follows up with small talk. On the final interview, I was required to provide a sales presentation over a product that I would not sell until the last month of my employment. They are really great at over-committing and under-delivering.
