Xceed ne prend pas en consideration les competences. La direction se fait une idée subjective du candidat et offre, via son clientelisme, le poste aux gens de son entourage.
Si la personne est recommendée par quelqu'un dans l'entreprise le poste lui est donné.
Cette loguique d'un autre age permet à chacun des directeurs d'voir son propre clan et se livre à une pseud-guerre déclarée . Cette piece de theatre n'a pour objectif que de juger de la loyauté aveugle des managers.

You have 2 interviews, the first one with the HR recruiter he/she will ask you to introduce yourself in English, and the second will be with a Team Leader who will ask you a simple question in English.

at first, you will have an English exam then a personal interview after that the second interview with the team leader. if you passed the second interview they will inform you on the same day.

Interview
You receive a phone interview to introduce yourself and talk about your experience. After that, you will be invited to another phone call and IQ test. In the case of success, you will receive another phone call from the client for language interview. The last interview will be with HR person.
