I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Xactware Solutions (Lehi, UT) in Nov 2015
Interview
Internal recruiting screening. Do not get on the bad side with Xactware. They keep a blacklist on people who apply. Once you on that list they will never consider you. I was put on there for the fact I turned down a full-time position with them a couple of years ago. Now I would like to work for them. Yet they keep rejecting my application. Note, if you are not part of the Utah dominate beliefSystem, it makes it harder for them to consider you. I would pass on working with Xactware.

I applied online. I interviewed at Xactware Solutions (Lehi, UT) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process for me consisted of 1 meeting with 2 members of Xactware's development leadership. The interview was held at the Xactware building in Lehi. It lasted about an hour. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Xactware Solutions (Provo, UT) in Oct 2018
Interview
Met them at a job fair in Provo. I received an email later on, asking for an interview. Interviewed over Skype once, then they went quiet for three weeks. Then they contacted me again, this time asking to interview me for a different position. I did the second interview. Afterwards, they asked me to demonstrate coding skills by programming a web app using Angular. I completed the app and sent them a link. Never heard from them again.
