Interviews were great but they went backwards, top down. Would recommend the top level associates talking to the team before the interview. The lack of communication was annoying and could have been avoided.

Question 1
What is your experience? What do you know about our company?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xactly Corp. (Denver, CO) in May 2018
Interview
I initially took a 30 minute assessment which was pretty straight forward. After that I had a phone screening with the recruiter and was recommended to the next stage. I then met over the phone on three separate interviews with managers in the company. They were tough interviews with high level managers who had a very deep background in Project Management and software. Finally, I was brought in for an in person interview at their new office in Denver. I was meeting with one of the managers I had met on the phone and interview was pretty much an in person review of the past 4 phone interviews. The questions were more related to the position specifically and logistics of starting the job. At this point I was fairly confident of getting an offer. The recruiter said I would be hearing back in about a week. 1 week went by without any communication, then 2 weeks. Finally on the third week she emailed saying they had been very busy and that I would take them another week before they could make a decision. Two weeks went by and I received a call from the recruiter asking me if I was still interested in the position and they would like to make me an offer. Here is where it turned a little strange, the recruiter explain that they would need a number from me and that they wouldnt be submitting a formal offer to me, just responding to my salary number. I explained that I wouldnt be comfortable accepting an offer unless I had a physical offer to review. She explained that they only present offers verbally and once you have accepted, they will send a physical offer. She also said every offer needed to be signed off by the CEO and thats why they need to know my number before making an offer. I politely declined the "offer".
Phone screen, then Aptitude and personality test. This lead to a video interview and re-taking of the Aptitude test. Finally, ghosting for a full month that ended with a generic email thanking me for my time.

The screen call and the video call were very basic. Just follow up questions about your resume and experiences.
