Interview
I felt very comfortable during my interview as everyone was very nice and tried to get to know me.
They were very interested to understand who I am as a person and what made me the person I am today.
I already felt appreciated as it is great when someone wants to get to know you and don't just care about your work experience.

Interview
The interview process started with the application, and then shortly after I was invited to complete an online test. After that there was a phone interview, and then after passing that it was an in-person interview with a few members of the team that I would be working with. The interviewers were great during the process and everything was very straight forward. The best part is that HR was very hands-on through the entire process making sure everything was clear and that I knew what to expect at all times.

Interview
My initial contact was with their recruiter - Carly J. What an awesome experience! They requested some initial questions be answered and then followed up with a phone interview. This process went very quickly. Xactly and their recruiter were extremely attentive. We mutually decided the fit was not there. The recruiter was excellent in describing the job role and future outlook. She was excellent with her communication and beyond helpful. Kuddos to her and the company she represents.
