Interview
I went through 3 stages:
- phone screening, where I was asked about my past experience and how much I knew about writing low latency code
- Take home test, good fun
- 5 hours on-site with google style questions.
Overall a decent experience, but the bar apparently is set sky high.
It was like and exam and feel very uncomfortable. It quite stressful to cover so many areas in limited time. Especially something, that you cannot control via code and unlikely to be used in coding process, but interviewer want to talk in details.
