The interview process is extremely long, but thorough and informative. Everyone you meet with has something different to add. Their company values seem to be very important to every person you talk to. Long process but beneficial.

Most lengthy interview ever - no wonder the EA roles are open for years; 1 typing test, 1 recruiter call, 1 recruiter Skype call, 1 Skype exec call, 1 other exec call, 1 four hour in person interview with 6 people, 1 long questionnaire; all over a 6.5 week period.
