The interview lasted less than 1 hour. It consisted of an informal chat with 2 members of the team. Questions related to studies, expectations, interests and international experiences.
In addition, they explained the process and the available different internship roles.
First round with recruiter going over resume and interest in the company. Second round with engineers asking behavioral and technical questions, system design related to built projects, etc. Afterwards was ghosted by the company for months despite multiple follow-ups, with no feedback. Unprofessional to ghost candidates after multiple rounds.
I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at XPO (High Point, NC)
Interview
First there was an on campus interview, then an invite to the University Day on campus in High Point, and then a meeting with the actual hiring department. All that before a decision was made. I have never seen this long of a process for an internship before.
