Interview
It takes 2 rounds, a phone interview with one of the architects (who probably works remotely), then followed by an on-site interview with meeting the hiring manager first then 3 other managers (one on-site, 1 remote and 1 offshore). Most of the questions are whiteboard and writing code on paper. Note: all the software developers in XPO Logistics - Atlanta location are Indians, with 10 on-site, and 50 offshore.
Four rounds of interview were conducted three technical interview round, first one to check your technical knowledge, second one is technical but questions are based on practical work, third one is conducted by onsite employee last one is HR interview round
pretty easy questions - technical screening consisting of general programming questions and general SQL questions. The general programming questions were things like, how can you switch two variables without using a third variable? The SQL questions were along the lines of write a query that returns a, b, and c from this table and ordered in this way.

It was not interactive. Didn't explain much in detail and never got a call back from them. They said they had a graduate program and will get in touch but they never got in touch.
