They asked the general questions where you from, Why XPO, What did you bring to the company. They showed you the around the premise that was missing a sign upfront to even tell what it was. Fairly new place that felt they threw stuff together then opened the next day.

Very laid back. Hiring manager at the time was very personable and friendly. After initial application, he and I played phone tag until we were finally able to connect. Once I came in, had the standard 20-30 minute interview regarding work history and why I was wanting to leave my current position.
