Starts with phone call interview and in person interview.
And not too much technical staff but mandarin speaking is a must. The negative part is the whole process takes too much time and they just keep fishing candidates. You probably won’t want to get involved or get too much hope for this employer.

Interview
The hiring manager was not very professional during the interview, as they asked some personal questions. However, the P&C interview was conducted professionally, and overall the recruitment process was clear, structured, and transparent.
