I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at X (Singapore) in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied through TW career section and got email by an HR 3 weeks after in order to schedule interview. In total i had 7 rounds interview with diferent potential colleagues (phone, VC, on site). It was very short notice slot but HR were very reactive and coordinate everything very well. The all process took around 2 months.
It was pleasant interview in general, nothing tricky or very difficult (at least nothing that I did not prepare or anticipate). At the end i felt a bit confuse/tired talking to so many people and repeating same things all over again. For instance i think some interview could have been done with two persons at the same time instead of 2×30 min (knowing that those people were in the same site). The strengh of this process is that you have a good overview of what the job is about/work environment. I did appreciate interviews on site there were to me very relevant. Negative aspect is that you go through a quiet long process not knowing were informations goes and who decides relevancy of your profil.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing unexpected nor surprising. All interview started with a presentation of the position then moving on my profile/skills regarding the position/experience, some technical questions, ended with questions.
Had an initial interview with HR, then another interview with the woman who would be my direct supervisor (both over the phone). Their interviewing skills are poor- it's clear they're reading from some sort of script, and the few times they do veer from it they pick something irrelevant to the job.
