3 rounds of interviews with standard questions around the brand, past experience, examples of previous work, scenario testing etc. There were a range of people from across the agency al asking the same questions in a slightly different manner.

Great Human Resources Manager, she found me thru Linkedin, proving the company's digital profile right from the start. Total of three interviews, one with HR, one with Accounts VP and the final filter was the CEO. Great communication skills, everything was clear from the get-go. The documentation process was led thru an outsourced agent, and it was very thorough, they basically wanted to see if they could trust me with the responsibility of handling clients' information and resources.

The most unexpected question was about a former employer's bad review. after the background check, they asked me what had happened there and it completely got me by surprise, so my advice is always be HONEST and TRUTHFUL in your responses.
