I applied online. I interviewed at Wrike (Sydney) in Sept 2023
Interview
Long and drawn out. Lots of hoops to jump through. I think there were 7 in total after the initial HR catch up. It was about 5 hours in total interviews and panels included.
I had an initial screen with a recruiter but never heard anything back, which unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth. The interview was straightforward enough; general questions and some behavioral questions as well. Left room for my questions at the end, but the recruiter wasn’t too versed in the role to answer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike
Interview
First round was an HR screening followed by three rounds of interviews with both manager and team members locally. There was always feedback provided and the process was straight forward
