In some situations, candidates may have specific location-related requests, and in those cases, recruiters may need to check with the hiring manager to confirm whether any flexibility is possible.
Regarding the recruitment process, when a candidate is not moved forward after the recruiter screening stage, it means the profile was not selected by the hiring manager for the next step.
