I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wright-Pierce (Andover, MA) in Nov 2012
Interview
It was a long process with a lot of time between each step. It started with online application, then brief phone correspondence. The interview was with a group of about 4 individuals in the room with another few people on video conference. The group took turns asking questions about past work experience to gauge understanding of the project and the skills required to complete the work. An example was explain the process behind designing the chlorine feed system for a given project. There were also questions about current responsibilities, and a few questions to gauge personality and work ethic/philosophies.
