I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Sunderland, North East England, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
I was given a tour of the showroom and got to go around and speak to the staff at work they day and ask them what their role entails. I was then taken into the staff area and then an interview room, the interview felt very relaxed and informal.

Question 1
Most of the questions were your typical interview questions: why do you want this job? etc. However they were also intrigued in my hobbies outside of work.
I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Question 1
What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
