1st and 2nd interview with who would have been my direct manager went really well and feedback was positive. Everything looked good and potential job offer seemed a good possibility. However the appointment was blocked for what I can only feel were unfair reasons for talking to the hiring manager and when I requested feedback from HR I have simply been ghosted. Several attempts to get feedback have been unsuccessful so even though there are new roles advertised I'm no longer sure if it would even be worth my time applying.
