The HR interviewer was inexperienced and more focused on talking about herself then learning about my experience. She was so new to the company that she didn’t really understand it’s recent growth or goals. That being said she asked very generic questions for the field and didn’t understand some of my answers. This company clearly needs better recruiters but it seems to be a churn and burn situation like most agencies.

The interview process was really thorough and went through a lot of different scenarios and my recommendations for SEO best practices. There were a lot of questions around ecommerce SEO and the process was done via video chat with two SEO directors, and then two SEO managers at the satellite office.
