I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wpromote, LLC (Austin, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
At the time, I was interviewing with three other agencies and one platform; what stood out to me about Wpromote is that everyone seemed genuinely happy! I also really liked that everyone I spoke with had been there for multiple years and had been promoted at least once. The process itself was easy and quick; I started by speaking to a recruiter, then someone on the talent team at the company, then the Sr. Managers / Directors of my department, and finally the Heads / Directors of the broader department. I was really excited about this role, and I think the feeling was mutual because they did not waste time letting me know I got the role after the final round.

Question 1
In addition to a take-home test after the first round with the Talent Director, I went through two rounds of interviews where I was asked various situational questions. The questions weren't especially difficult, but you could tell everyone was really smart so I felt aware of needing to say the right thing. If I wasn't sure of how to answer, I felt comfortable saying so since everyone was so kind.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wpromote, LLC (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
Was lengthy and required a take-home assignment, which they've since got rid of - More in-the-weeds questions than expected during my initial screening. Every person I spoke with was very knowledgeable
