Fast and efficient! Took about a month total for me to complete all interviews and get my offer. I had one phone screening and 2 video interviews with members of the social team. Phone screening was standard, just going over my resume and why I had an interest in Wpromote. Video interviews were a little more granular going into behaviorals and hypotheticals about how I would handle certain situations with campaign performance/client issues. They also asked some fun questions about my personality style which was nice! Overall a very typical interview for an entry-level marketing position. Sarah was in constant communication with me and was quick to schedule any upcoming interviews! Super smooth and seamless process :)

Two round interview - First round was with one manager in the department and the final round was with the director and multiple managers. Totally fair process, felt really comfortable throughout, interviewers were very welcoming.
