I love the atmosphere and the music they were playing in the office! It's very upbeat and exciting. I saw many pictures that they took in the lobby, seems like they have a lot of fun there. I was very nervous when I first stepped in the office, but their HR is very friendly and understanding. He started talking to me and made me feel less nervous. I met the hiring manager shortly after. She was nice and polite as well, asked me a few typical interview questions and my past work experience. I felt pretty good about that interview afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Worldwide Marketing Innovation (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2015
Interview
I am a college student looking for a Summer internship and saw the posting on LinkedIn for a "sports minded - entry level sales and marketing" (the company/position has NOTHING to do with sports). I applied through LinkedIn on a Wednesday and received a call the next day. My first interview was scheduled for that Friday. The interview was very quick but straight forward. I got a call back for a second interview for the following Monday. The interview was over lunch and they had us block off two hours for the whole thing. We drove 15 minutes to a Panera which was very unnecessary because there is a Panera 2 minutes away. The interviewer was asking us conversational/interview questions the whole way and then continued once we sat down. The company is a pyramid scam and wants people to do door to door sales then progress upwards, working based on commission the entire time. The only reason he told us it was commission based was because I asked point blank then he tried to soften that part of the job by trying to say that doctors and CEO's are also commission based jobs?? We returned to the office and took a quiz on what happened at the interview and had another brief interview with the President before leaving. Inside the office it seemed like the only thing done was recruit and interview. I also got a very culty vibe from everyone that worked there, they work Monday through Saturday and hang out every Tuesday and Friday after work...This position is not an internship and sounds like they will work you to death.

Interview
I interviewed with the manager who was very professional. She greeted me and did a brief initial interview. I was amazed by the atmosphere! They were playing upbeat music, everyone seems so happy. That just made me want to work there already. I absolute hate working at the place where I can't be happy, that's the reason why I'm looking for another position right now.
